INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN.


Instructional design is the best part of being a teacher because you can design your own learning program that will attract the students more. It is quite good because only you yourself know the students well. But in creating this learning program is not easy because a lot of things that need to be considered. For example:- target students
                                         - level of achievement
                                         - students's behaviour

not only that, the teachers also should provide the learning outcomes, learning purpose and objectives. this things are needed in helping the teachers to know the students potential. Besides, this things also help the teachers to know whether the learning program is suitable or not for the students.
If not, the teachers need to restructure and redesign back the learning program so that it will suit the students.
